This Privacy Policy explains how MSAlgoAI ("we", "us") handles information collected through the public website msalgoai.com. We keep this policy deliberately simple and it reflects exactly what the website does today.

- Early-access form. If you request early access, we collect the details you submit: full name, email address, country, and trading experience (required); and mobile number, WhatsApp number, primary markets, occupation, how you heard about us, and additional notes (optional — only if you choose to provide them).
- Browser preference. The website stores a single flag in your browser's local storage so the opening animation is not replayed on repeat visits. This flag contains no personal information and never leaves your device.
We do not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or any other tracking technology on this website.
2. How we use your information
Information submitted through the early-access form is used only for early-access communication and future updates regarding MSAlgoAI. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. How submissions are processed
Early-access submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in MSAlgoAI's own database, hosted on infrastructure we control. Access to submissions is limited to the founder and is used solely to manage the early-access program.
4. Data retention
We keep early-access submissions for as long as they are needed to operate the early-access program and to communicate MSAlgoAI updates. You may request deletion at any time.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted. To do so, contact us through the contact channels published on this website. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
6. Children
This website and the early-access program are not directed at children and are intended for adults only.
